Our service for Hatecke's customers does not end with the sale of new Hatecke lifesaving equipment. Hatecke Service GmbH covers the full range of after-sales activities.
Hatecke Service GmbH supports ship owners with installation, commissioning, instruction manuals, and training, as well as original OEM spare parts. Our service technicians carry out service, repair, and maintenance work on Hatecke lifeboats and davits - on board your vessel or in our repair workshop in Drochtersen.

Hatecke GmbH and Hatecke Service GmbH are regularly audited by quality assurance and class representatives. All our work processes comply with ISO 9001:2000 Quality management system. Our technicians have lots of experience in the lifeboat industry. All our service engineers take part in regular training programs meeting the latest IMO standards for the service and maintenance of lifeboat systems.
Our service partners are located in key harbors around the world.
Service stations for five-year service can be found in the major ship dry-docking centers, and can provide repair facilities to carry out minor repair work, and work only on a subcontracting basis.
